A Safaricom director is seeking court's intervention against her arrest.
Sylvia Mulinge wants the court to prevent her from being arrested and prosecuted in relation to a fatal accident she reportedly caused.
The director of the Consumer Business Unit is expected to be arraigned at Kibera law courts Monday next week to plead to traffic related charges.
DPP Keriako Tobiko ordered her prosecution October 19 for dangerous driving after an accident that claimed the life of an eight-year-old girl.
The accident occurred on February 1, 2015 at the Southern bypass while she drove to Lang'ata road from Ngong road.
