TNA chairman, Johnson Sakaja has begun campaigning for the 2017 gubernatorial election.

On Wednesday, he visited the Grogon villages in Nairobi where he spoke to various traders as well as motor vehicle spare-part merchants in downtown Nairobi. He promised to facilitate their trade and construct shades which will help them to in their tool of trade. In turn, this arrangement will help the county government manage the key human resource trade that helps create employment and provide opportunities to increase revenue.

Sakaja had lunch with them and engaged them on his vision for Nairobi County.

“The city can be changed when you guys are ready for it. It is the right person to do it that has been missing and that person is me," he said.

He promised to change the county to a better place if elected.

Sakaja also urged the people to collect IDs and register as voters so that they can vote in the 2017 polls.
