Former TNA National Chairman Johnson Sakaja has refuted claims that the Jubilee administration rigged elections to win against Cord in the 2013 polls.
Speaking during an interview on Radio Maisha on Thursday morning, Sakaja said the claims by former TNA Secretary General Onyango Oloo were false and baseless.
Sakaja further stated that if the claims by Oloo were true, he himself (Oloo) would also be jailed for abetting election rigging.
"The claims by Onyango Oloo that the Jubilee administration rigged elections in 2013 are false and baseless," he said.
"If at all Jubilee rigged elections and Oloo was at that time TNA's Secretary General, then he should be jailed for abetting the rigging process."
Sakaja further said that the 'secrets' Oloo claims to have on Jubilee are lies that should not be heard.
According to Sakaja, Oloo was only tasked with the administration of the party and not the presidential campaign think tank that was tasked with the elections.
"The decamp by Oloo to ODM and the statement that he has secrets about Jubilee is a lie. He was not in the presidential campaign think tank so he has no secrets to tell about the presidential elections," added Sakaja.
Ooo last week decamped to ODM and was received in the party by ODM party leader Raila Odinga.
