The officer who is attached to the Parliament Police Station sustained serious head injuries after falling off Sakaja's vehicle along Juja road.

Constable Michael Ndirangu was rushed to Radiant Hospital before being transferred to Nairobi Hospital.

Sakaja was one of the leaders who attended the rally in Mlango Kubwa on Saturday to drum up support for President Uhuru Kenyatta ahead of the next general election.
