A group of five high school students was on Saturday arrested in Eldoret town after they were allegedly found making out at a lodging. The 3 female and 2 male students were still in their school uniforms.
The hotel management that offers lodging services and in which the students had booked the room said the room had been booked by one of the students whose name was Daniel Kego.
"At around 1.00 pm a male student in school uniform walked in and requested to book the room. The student said he had been sent home for school fees and lives far away and would, therefore, travel the following day." the hotel's receptionist said.
Later on, the receptionist said, four students were seen entering the room. Shortly after that loud music was heard coming out of the room forcing the hotel security to go and tell them to reduce the music.
"Our security officer had gone to the room to tell them to lower the volume of the music. And after walking in without them expecting since the door was not locked, that is when he found them in the act," the receptionist added.
The management then contacted the school before calling the police.
The students were then picked up and taken back to the school where it was discovered they had sneaked.
