Gusii Highlights Academy Headmaster Evans Ondari has urged parents to enroll their children in the institution, following a series of phenomenal performances in national exams over the last four years.
Speaking on Tuesday during a thanks giving ceremony in the school compound, Ondari said the recent KCPE performance was a confirmation of the school’s commitment to excellence, after getting a mean of 327 marks.
According to him, the private institution is among few schools that have maintained steady performances in the region, a reason why parents should trust its competence.
“We have been very steady in our performance for the last four years. I confirm that not many institutions can manage that. This is a verification of our competency in the locality and am sure parents will prefer bringing their children here,” said Ondari.
He further said that he targets to hit an enrollment of 700 pupils from the current 510, given good reputation of the school, based on national exam performances.
“Am sure we can enroll up to 700 pupils and above. We are a young institution since this is our seventh year since we started. We have competed with heavyweights such as Kisii Campus Primary and Elimu Academy and who knows that we can catch up with them,” he said.
He congratulated his staff for relentless efforts for academic excellence, and promised a master-class performance in this year’s exams.
