A Nakuru-based school has decided to end a case where it had sued former Cabinet Secretary for Education and the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) over the 2017 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).

Koelel High school board of management had sued Matiang’i and KNEC for withholding the school’s class of 2017 KCSE results.The case was before a Nakuru law court.“We were coming up for highlighting of submissions but I was instructed by my client to withdraw the person after they had spoken outside the court,” the school’s lawyer Bernard Kipkoech said.
