NASA lawyers have asked the Supreme court to scrutinize all the forms, audit the servers used by the IEBC during the August polls.
The coalition lawyers led by Siaya county Senator elect James Orengo said that the petition filed at the Supreme Court by NASA leader Raila Odinga is a bombshell that will demonstrate a forgery of monstrous proportion by the IEBC
Orengo claimed IEBC in its defence to the petition on Thursday, they have forged the defence.
“What the IEBC have filed is a fraud because they do not have security features as required by the law", said Orengo.
"Having worked for many years as a lawyer I have never seen big forgery as we are witnessing today from IEBC submissions", he added.
NASA in a petition claimed that they have justifiable evidence to show August presidential election was rigged using computers.
Both Jubilee and the electoral commission in their defence have denied rigging allegations by NASA.
