Aencha says that the move will help safeguard the image of the church adding that the church's doctrine does not allow members to hold such positions.

"Based on the church's sanctity, I am directing that all the church members within my jurisdiction who are members or officials in the community policing groups or other groupings which do not subscribe to our church's doctrines and teachings must resign," said Aencha.

Speaking at Boronyi SDA Church District grounds, Giasaiga Sub-location in Sameta Sub-County, Aencha regretted that having the Church's members engaging in such controversial duties in the local communities compromised the Church's sanctity and teaching.

Aencha observed that it was not possible for the church's faithful to discharge duties of community policing initiatives as it will compromise their Christianity.

At the same time, he cautioned women from the church against rushing to commit themselves for loans from questionable credit schemes and banks.

He said the women could lose their property to the auctioneers for failure to repay such loans in time.
