Brian Emmanuel Inganga was raised in Makina village behind DC Grounds and started his education journey in Kibera Primary School then joined Nairobi Milimani Secondary School.
His passion for photography began during the 2007/2008 post election violence where he captured images that propelled him to the limelight.
He declares himself as self made photographer.
To sharpen his skills, he joined Africa Digital Media Institute where he graduated with a diploma in Film Production.
He is a great student of Boniface Mwangi who has influenced his photography around activism, politics and insecurity.
And he will never shy away from Arsenal Club despite their challenges.
In his early days, he played soccer until he got an injury that cut short his dream of playing for major soccer clubs.
Brian is the founder and Director of Change Mtaani, a group that is based next to Umande right behind the DC's compound in Kibera.
They are reforming and creating opportunities for young people.
He has received various awards and travelled around the world because of photography.
