Ruto at the same time asked aspirants to sell their agenda on equal footing and let the people's will to prevail.

“The loser should support the winner. This will be a win-win situation,” said the DP during a meeting with Jubilee Party delegates at Watamu, Kilifi County.

He further urged the residents to register as voters saying democracy calls for the direct involvement of the people.

“It is your vote that will ensure you have good roads, electricity in your home, your children get quality education, access to piped water, a flourishing economy and sound governance. This is what we stand for,” he noted.
