Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen is now blaming the ongoing political uncertainty in the country on NASA leader Raila Odinga
Speaking on Citizen TV Sunday, the Senate leader of majority bashed the former Premier over his 'no reforms no elections' remarks, accusing him of trying to drag the nation along upon realizing that he is falling for the fifth time in his bid for the presidency.
''Odinga has realized that he is falling and stands no chance of winning the presidency and since he is too proud to go alone, he is now trying to take the nation down with him,'' said Murkomen.
He also poked holes into Odinga's recent concerns about the national poll agency IEBC.
According to Murkomen, NASA's calls for reforms in the body are suspicious questioning the procedure used by the alliance to arrive at the alleged culprits it has pointed out to have supposedly bungled the annulled August 8 presidential polls.
''On what basis would NASA pick on a single person or a group of people in the entire commission accusing them of bungling the polls?Where did they get the information to justify their allegations when even the Supreme Court failed to implicate anyone? No investigation has pointed at any of the IEBC officials so NASA should stop harassing them,'' he said
