Mong’are who spoke at the home of  the late George Anyona Moseti in Nyamwanga village, in Kitutu Masaba where he opened a library, challenged Raila to first to end graft in 23 counties headed by ODM governors

“There is no way you can criticise other leaders over corruption while the 23 counties which are headed by the ODM governors are leading in the vice, hence I call upon Raila  to first clean his house before criticising others,“ Mong’are said

He cited Nyamira is among the counties where corruption allegations are and which needed to be addressed.

He at the same time told off President Uhuru Kenyatta to stop being a crybaby and instead embark on serious ways of dealing with corrupt officers in his administration.

“I want to call upon the President to stop crying like a baby about his failure to fight corruption, if he is tired let him resign and go home. He needs to read the Constitution well so he knows what to do when his junior officers have failed him,” added Mong’are.

The lawmaker also said that in the  next general election the two should expect not to win if they fail addressing issues facing the country.

This comes after the president on Tuesday this week during a State House summit on accountability said he is frustrated in the fight against corruption, and that the agencies concerned had also let him down.
