Nominated Senator Naisula Leisuda has condemned Cord leader Raila Odinga for allegedly making inciting remarks during a rally in Narok.
The lawmaker speaking on Tuesday said that the remarks amounted to hate speech, and authorities should step in and arrest the opposition leader.
“Police should arrest the Cord leader and launch investigations into his remarks,” said Leisuda.
The senator who was speaking in Baragoi primary during the issuance of laptops said that Odinga is a senior politician who should not make such remarks.
The former Prime Minster is said to have called on the Maasai community to storm IEBC offices armed with spears and bows to force out commissioners who term expired last week.
