[Photo/Daily Nation]President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee administration is buying identity cards from NASA supporters in Ukambani, area Senator has claimed.Speaking to journalists on Monday, Kitui Senator Enoch Wambua said the ruling party was purchasing the crucial documents from prospective voters to ensure Opposition presidential candidate Raila Odinga loses support in the region that overwhelmingly voted for him in the bungled August 8 election."We have confidential reports that Jubilee is using chiefs to buy identity cards from our supporters. Their aim is to tilt the numbers in their favour but we are telling our people to arrest those agents and hand them over to the authorities," Wambua said when he lead peaceful mass protests calling for electoral reforms at the IEBC.Jubilee has been fighting accusations of buying IDs in key NASA strongholds to prevent supporters from voting in the repeat election slated for October 26.A group of youth recently attacked some women holding a peace workshop at a Kisumu hotel accusing them of allegedly buying IDs from locals, a claim the women rejected.Wambua was accompanied by area MPs Charles Nguna (Mwingi West), Makali Mulu (Kitui Central), Musyimi Nzengu (Mwingi North) and a number of MCAs.The leaders reiterated that there will be no credible polls unless reforms were undertaken at the electoral agency."We are saying no reforms, no elections. Chiloba and other officials who ruined August polls must go!" the Senator said.
