Speaking to our reporter on phone from Nairobi today, The National Alliance (TNA) nominated senator Gwendo said that the planned mass action against Governor Ranguma’s government was not in order.

“In a society, we must learn to accommodate each other and appreciate the little that the leadership is doing,” said Senator Gwendo.

We cannot be perfect in our service delivery and that is why it is not in order to pile the whole blame on Governor Ranguma,” said Gwendo.

Gwendo challenged the Members of the County Assembly who are behind the move to show whatever they have done in their respective Wards, before they start the plan to oust Ranguma from his post.

She accused the MCAs of using the governor as a scapegoat for their failures, adding that, “After failing to deliver to their own constituents, they are now heaping and directing the blame to the county government yet two years down the line they have done nothing in the assembly other than engaging themselves in silly wrangles,” retorted Gwendo.

She however urged the entire county leadership to sit down and engage each other in dialogue and see into how the county can move forward in development.
