Nakuru Senator Susan Kihika has called on education stakeholders to ensure quality education in all learning institutions.
Speaking on Monday at the Kaptembwa Primary school in Nakuru West, the legislator said to transform society they must be quality education.
While congratulating Kaptembwa Primary School for emerging position five in last year’s KCPE, Kihika called on other learning institutions to emulate the school.
“I must say I am impressed by the magnificent look of the school. I didn’t know there was such a beautiful public primary school in Kenya let alone Nakuru. How I wish all the other institutions would borrow a leaf,” said the senator.
Kaptembwa Primary School is one of the beneficiaries of Nakuru Town West NG-CDF under the leadership of MP Samuel Arama.
Arama called on parents to continue supporting the government as well as schools’ management in ensuring quality education.
The thanks giving ceremony was also attended by officials from the Ministry of Education led by the sub-county director of education.
