Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has taken a swipe at NASA leader Raila Odinga.Murkomen asked Raila to stop whining and instead act since he is the people’s president.Murkomen's comment came after Raila and other NASA coalition chiefs accused the government of trying to intimidate them by withdrawing their security prior to the Tuesday swearing-in ceremony.Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and his ANC counterpart Musalia Mudavadi have also been asked to surrender their firearms. The NASA principals asked the Jubilee leadership to follow the constitution, and accord them the security they are entitled to.However, in a swift re-battle, Murkomen who is also the Senate Majority Leader told off Raila, saying he is a product of an illegal oath who cannot lecture them (Jubilee) on constitutional matters."Ala! Their 'president' is whining instead of acting. What kind of President complains about affairs of another country? A product of illegal oath cannot lecture us on constitutionalism,” the vocal Senator posted on his Twitter handle on Thursday. The Jubilee government has launched a crackdown on NASA leaders who planned and participated in Raila’s oath ceremony.
