Nyamira County senator Okong’o Mogeni has lauded area governor John Nyagarama for his efforts to develop the county.

According to the senator, Nyagarama leadership is free of corruption, adding that critics have been accusing the governor unfairly.

“I have not seen any fund being diverted to Nyagarama’s pocket as claimed by some leaders in the county," he said.

Okong'o, who also doubles as ODM lawyer, urged locals to work closely with county leadership for realisation of development.

“It is time now to work. Those with corruption allegations should table the matter in relevant institutions," he noted.

The senator vowed to work closely with the ODM governor for the sake of developing Nyamira County.
