Siaya county senator, James Orengo, has once again praised his friend Raila Odinga for his bold stand to save this country from corruption and tribalism.
Speaking on Sunday, Senator Orengo said that Raila has courageously stood to straighten the path of many Kenyan political figures. He also talked about tribalism, another destructive trend in this republic.
Referring to Raila Odinga as the Peoples' president, Orengo called for the strengthening of the already developed bridge between the two - President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga.
"And now let me say this, this is the time to say this: in this world of Kenya, there is no leader who has worked to rectify the behavior of the Kenyan leaders more than Raila Amollo Odinga. And this I would say even if Uhuru and Raila were present here today," said Orengo.
"And we ask for your permission, the people's president, to allow us to go ahead and prosecute some of the individuals who we can have evidence in court. Because you also took ought on 30th January as Uhuru also did," he added.
Besides, Senator Orengo called for President Uhuru and his DP William Ruto to be responsible for answering questions about corruption which is becoming rampant.
