Speaking on Citizen TV Friday, the ODM lawmaker said that the alliance has accepted the court's decision maintaining that will use other means in its quest for a transparent and credible election on the 8th of August.
''We have accepted the ruling and will seek other means of securing our votes and ensuring that the election is credible,'' he said.
The tender had been nullilfied by the High Court earlier after which the IEBC moved in to appeal saying that there was no sufficient time to issue a fresh tender, have the papers printed and delivered.
Kajwang further took a swipe at the ruling Jubilee Party which has accused NASA of sabotaging the poll body saying that the tender battle is anot a NASA versus IEBC issue but rather a national issue.
''This is not NASA-IEBC issue but a national issue because IEBC has to ensure that the exercise runs smoothly and we are pushing to have the same done,'' said Kajwang.
