Justice has been served

Sen Cleophas Malalah

21/03/2018*

On 21st January 2018 after visiting Chebyusi High School over the cancellation of their 2017 KCSE results I instructed my legal team led by Advocate Dr. Charles Malalah to institute a court process that will reverse KNEC decision that canceled the 2017 KCSE results of the school and most importantly restore the dignity of the Child.

Today, the High court has quashed the decision by KNEC to cancel the results of Chebuyusi High School.

In the landmark rulling Justice George Odunga said the cancellation of the results was not done in accordance with the law.

It is now clear that Chebuyusi High School is positioned 16th nationally and position one in Kakamega County.

I take this opportunity to thank my legal team, parents, teachers and the local leadership for the support all through this legal journey.

Hon Cleophas Malalah

SENATOR KAKAMEGA COUNTY."
