A section of National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders in Gusii region have accused the Jubilee administration of harassing Opposition supporters.
Led by Kisii Senator Sam Ongeri, the leaders vowed to defend youths arrested by police for allegedly intimidating voters during the October 26 repeat presidential election.
"The arrests are an act of intimidation targeting our supporters. We will not rest until our youths are set free," he said.
The Senator termed last week poll a Jubilee Party referendum', saying area administrators and the police should not have forced the residents to participate.
"We are sounding a very strong warning that unless this harassment stops, we will be forced to take legal action," Ongeri stated on Monday.
The Senator was speaking to journalists in Kisii Town.
