Nyamira Senator Kennedy Okong'o has defended the youths who heckled and booed governor John Nyagarama during the President's visit.
"How do you expect people to laugh at you when you have not delivered what they need? I strongly support those youth because they did what they were to do at the right time," said Mongare.
During the president's visit to Nyamira County early last week, a group youths heckled the county boss at Kebirigo market when he was given time to speak by Deputy President William Ruto.
The senator accused the governor, through his executive members of failing to deliver according to the promises.
"Nyagarama has slept and forgotten his duties completely, he has to deliver through his ECM's but now see what happens, the shame goes to him, not ECM's," added Okong'o.
Mongare was speaking at Kenyenya SDA in West Mogirango constituency in Nyamira County on Saturday.
