Nandi Senator Samson Kiprotich Cherargei has appealed to Governor Stephen Sang to ensure equal employment of Nandi residents.

Cherargei urged Nandi County Assembly members to reject Governor Sang's list of 18 Chief Officers who were recently interviewed by the Assembly Appointment Committee.

The senator alleged that Governor Sang's list comprises friends and relatives from one region of Nandi and far outside.

Cherargei blamed the County boss for not considering employing Professionals as County Executive Committee Members, Chief Officers, Directors, Sub County Administrators and others with key titles and positions from Tinderet and Nandi Hills Sub Counties faulting the Governor for the method he applied in picking the Workers.
