The Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) General Samson Mwathethe on Friday presided over the graduation of Senior Military Officers at the Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Lanet , Nakuru County.

In his remarks the CDF congratulated the Senior Military Officers for the successful completion of the Senior Command Course noting that the course will go a great way in assisting them in their day to day running of their military duties.

General Mwathethe further commended the senior officers for their exemplary behaviour during their stay at the centre. 

“I was briefed and I was happy to hear that there were no any cases of indiscipline reported during the entire course duration,” noted the CDF.

Gen Mwathethe further thanked the Commandant of JWC Brigadier George Walwa, Commanding Officer Lt Col Imano Karu Guleid, officers and the entire fraternity of JWC for their support at ensuring that the course was run smoothly. 

“I would to thank the Commandant, the CO and entire JWC fraternity for the smooth running of the course since it started early this year,” concluded the CDF.

More than 30 Senior Officers of the rank of Lieutenant Colonel attended the Senior Command Course at the Joint Warfare Centre and were awarded certificates by the Chief of the Defence Forces.
