Several people have been rushed to hospital after they were involved in an accident along the Nairobi-Nakuru highway.

The passengers were in a bus travelling to Busia Wednesday morning when it rammed into a pickup.

Among those injured are occupants of the pickup.

The incident took place at Kayole, along the highway, and led to a traffic snarl up.

Those injured were rushed to Naivasha sub-county hospital.
