Mombasa gubernatorial hopeful Suleiman Shahbal has accused Governor Hassan Joho of failing the county's residents.Speaking during an interview on a local TV station on Wednesday, Shahbal cliamed Mombasa has not realised any development under the leadership of Joho, as the governor lacks vision.Shahbal, who is the Jubilee point man in Mombasa, said the city is very dirty yet the county government is doing little to address the issue.He further accused the Joho-led administration of being a talk-shop rather than a result-oriented government.He put Joho on the spot over failure to solve the perennial water shortage and insecurity problems in the coastal city.Shahbal who was recently named Jubilee Party's flag bearer for the Mombasa governor seat, will face off against Joho with former Kisauni MP Ananiah Mwaboza as his running mate.
