Matungulu MP Stephen Mule has criticized President Uhuru Kenyatta and NASA leader Raila Odinga for allowing Miguna Miguna's matter get out of hand.
Mule said other countries are watching the filth going on in the country.
He said Miguna ought to had been charged in court if he was guilty of any offense instead of exposing him to the inhumane treatment.
"You are shaming Kenya, if Miguna is guilty let the law take its course," Mule said.
Mule said it's despicable that Raila has had no disregard for impunity since he joined hands with President Uhuru Kenyatta.
He said the government is setting bad example to its citizens by failing to adhere to court orders.
"If a senior government official can't adhere to a court order, how do you expect simple citizens to respect the courts," Mule said.
The MP said President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga should sit down and settle Miguna's matter once and for all.
"We welcomed the handshake but it should not be the beginning of our tribulation," Mule said.
Mule who spoke at Kituluni area in his constituency on Thursday said the government should lead by example since no one is above the law.
