Deputy President William Ruto has rubbished claims by Baringo Senator Gideon Moi that Kenya African National Union (KANU) will clinch the presidential seat in 2022.
Speaking in Baringo North sub-county, the DP told Moi to prepare adequately if he wants to run for presidency.
He challenged Moi to first declare their party's stand citing that they are neither in government nor in opposition. He noted that they are just hanging and been carried away by every wave coming their way.
"How can a party that does not have even plans for next week have plans for 2022?" said Ruto.
Ruto further told Moi to get ready for the coming election because Jubilee will clinch all the Baringo seats.
This comes days after Senator Moi declared that he will soon declare his interest in the Presidency.
