Speaking on Wednesday at Limuru, National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK) said there is need for both sides to get a cake of power.

The council was meeting in Limuru at a stakeholders conference where it was observed that the current situation in Kenya where the winner takes it all is not good for the country.

NCCK was led by its chair Peter Karanja.

Raila and Uhuru have been engaging in a hard tackle politics since the Supreme Court nullified the latter's victory on September 1.

Raila has threatened to boycott the October 26 repeat presidential poll set by IEBC if his 'irriducible minimums' will not have been met by the electoral commission.

This has raised fears that it might throw the country into political upheaval.
