Controversial Uasin Gishu farmer Jackson Kibor has moved back to court seeking to divorce his third wife Naomi Jeptoo Kibor.
This is barely a year after successfully filing a divorce case against his second wife Josephine Jepkoech.
The 86-year-old polygamous and monied farmer in his fresh submission filed on February 28, 2018 is seeking to end his 43-year-old marriage to Naomi Jeptoo Kibor with whom he has six children.
In the case as filed at Eldoret Magistrate court, Kibor has accused his third wife of abandoning their bedroom obligations and denying him his derserved conjugal rights.
The former KANU bigwig further alleged that Jeptoo had been cruel and disrespectful to him and that she had stopped supporting him both financially and emotionally despite being fully employed on full time basis.
In another shocking revelations on his submissions to the court, Kibor claimed that the mother of his six children had in more than one occasions beat him thoroughly and devised a plot to kill him .
Based on his submission therefore, Kibor wants the court to end the marriage from the allegations that he had raised, emphasizing that his relationship with Jeptoo had deteriorated beyond repair.
It should be noted that in 2017, the once influential KANU politician ended his marriage to 68-year-old Jepkoech in one of the most dramatic and emotional divorce cases ever witnessed in Kenya.
