Residents of Green View estate formerly Manyani have raised an alarm over what they term as 'Nakuru South cemetery turned into lodging day and night'.
Led by Kivumbini Youth leader Martin Lunalo, the residents said youths and more so school going children have turned the South cemetery which borders the Green View estate into lodging day and night.
"Its very sad that we boarder the Nakuru South cemetery but then our youths are now turning the extreme end into a lodging where they engage in sexual activities,"said Lunalo.
The Kivumbini youth leader said he visited the area and the scenes that met him were shocking.
"I know this cemetery was meant for burying the dead but now its turning out to be a lodging day and night with sex activities going on at the extreme end,"he added.
Area chief Jane Muthoni commenting on the issue assured residents that those who will be found shall be dealt with according to the law. She however appealed to parents to ensure they know the whereabouts of their children.
