A man snatched the wife of his brother and has now married her as the second wife.
In an incident that has left residents shocked, Solomon Okemwa took the wife of his brother Sarah and are now living together in the same home.
Locals say that James Obaigwa has been sending money to his wife meant for building a house but instead she opted to build a house for Okemwa.
Sarah further bought her new husband a motor bike which he now operates as a bodaboda using the money of her first husband.
"We have never seen such a thing happen in history. It is so sad," said Vincent Kumenda, a local.
Elders are planning to solve the matter which now threatens to split the family into two.
In a more shocking revelation, by her first husband turned foe Ms Sarah has never given birth because she has lived aborting all pregnancies.
Jane Okemwa who is the first wife to Solomon has also vowed to carry her belongings and leave for Nairobi to stay with his brother in law as husband and wife.
According to her the only thing she is waiting for is a green light from her in law.
"I will leave all the children here and also leave for Nairobi and stay with her husband so that she feels how am feeling now," she said.
