Goal reports that Samuel Nlend had signed a three-year deal with Egyptian Premier League club Al Ittihad but was kicked out after only four days on grounds of being 'sick'.

The shocking revelation was reported by the country's media Kingfut.com on social media which has rendered the 21-year old talented striker jobless.

Nlend boasts five senior caps for the Cameroon national team, scoring one goal.
