A hospital in Mombasa has admitted to grabbing land belonging to public schools.This was revealed by the National Land Commission (NLC) chairman Mohammed Swazuri, saying that he had received a letter from Pandya Memorial Hospital admitting to grabbing land belonging to Mbaraki Girls Primary School.''The hospital wrote a letter to the National Land Commission which is in our possession. They request our intervention in the matter on the way forward. The struggle between the school and the hospital has dragged for some years,'' Prof. Swazuri told the media yesterday.An entire plaza set aside for doctors is on the school's land.
