Uasin Gishu Woman Representative Gladys Boss Shollei has opened 6 women Member of Parliament offices in all the six sub-counties.
Shollei said this will help to bring services closer to the people and improve service delivery.
“I have decided to open my offices in all the six sub-counties for me to reach the electorate in every corner instead of opening only one office in in the county headquarters which will not be accessed by everyone,” she said in Eldoret town, Wednesday.
“The offices will be fully operational and constituents can now visit and file complaints at my sub-county offices. I will be present at these offices on specified days to address them,” she added.
In Ainabkoi sub-county, the offices are located at Naiberi Trading center, Kapseret sub-county offices are at Kapseret trading center, Turbo offices are in Jua Kali shopping center, Soy offices are located in Ziwa trading center while Kesses offices are situated at Cheptiret trading center.
