A shopkeeper has been sent behind bars for overpricing government's subsidized maize flour.Kwale Senior Resident Magistrate Betty Koech said Moses Ochieng breached the law for hiking the price to Sh120 per 2kg packet.The government published a gazette notice on May 29 which gave the state powers to control the price of the commodity.Ochieng was jailed for five months.
