Deputy president William Ruto has challenged leaders in the opposition to showcase a template of development instead of wrongly accusing the government of embezzling public funds.

Ruto noted that some leaders in the opposition were in the previous governments for a long time but had little to show in terms of development, yet they were busy faulting every project initiated by the jubilee government.

He said that jubilee government was simply working around the clock to improve livelihood of the people.

"We have no time with few people who want to take us backwards. We have a clear agenda for Kenyans and that is development,” said Ruto.

He was speaking in Kakamega during his visit of the western region together with President Kenyatta, where they asked residents to vote for Jubilee come 2017.
