Kisumu County Education CeC Jennifer Kere has been challenged to scrutinize county colleges, to root out fake institutions in order to achieve holistic education.
The county residents noted that fake colleges should be decamped in the county, as they would jeopardize true efforts of the locals.

He emphasized that Kisumu residents should not be exposed to fake colleges, as the locals needed holistic education to compete favourably in the job market.
“We do not want situation where our residents use lots of fees to acquire non holistic education, stern measures should be in place in scrutinizing and petitioning such colleges,” said Audi.
The Young Kisumu Elites Chairperson Fleming Ooko also asked the CeC to check the integrity of colleges, and nullify fake ones, which may be out to discredit young elites by giving non-holistic education.
Ooko emphasized on credible education to the residents that would see them achieve value for their money and get quality education.
“Let us help kill fake colleges as they are doing us more harm than good,” said Ooko.
