[Photo/Busia County Government]It was triple success for Butula Boys in 2017 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education Exams that was released by Education Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiang'i on Wednesday.Butula produced the top student in Busia County, Benedict Ajuoga who scored an A (Minus) of 78 points. The school also emerged the best school in the county with a mean score of 5.900.The school will also send 93 students to the university, the largest number compared to other schools. Sigalame will send 88, Nangina 60 and Kolanya Girls 58 students.Sigalame High School produced the second best candidate in the county, Andrew Opiyo ranked 22nd caused a major upset to emerge the first in his school with an A (minus) of 77 points. The school which was the best in the county in 2016 with a mean score of 9.3 settled for second position with a mean score of 5.83. They registered 2A-, 4B+, 14B, 24B-, 44c, 56C, 79C-, 40D and 16D.
