In contrast to external bleeding, an internal bleeding is a bleeding that can not be seen. Internal bleeding may occur in your organs and may cause significant local inflammation and pain. The eye and within tissues that line the heart, muscles, stomach, brain and joints are the potential sites of bleeding. Internal bleeding may be difficult to identify, however, you will experience some weird signs that all is not well.

Shortness of breath
In most cases, shortness of breath is caused by respiratory diseases like asthma, tuberculosis and so on. Nevertheless, the condition can be a sign of internal bleeding.
Headaches
You may experience a severe or a mild headache. Headaches are usually associated with many complications apart from internal bleeding. See a doctor.
Blood in the urine
This sign is no doubts. Blood in urine is the result of kidney problems in most cases, more so kidney stones. The stones usually mutilate lining of the urinary tract hence causing bleeding.
Rectal bleeding
You will only perceive blood in your stool. Rectal bleeding is an undoubtedly sign that you are not in good shape.
Blood in the stool
As mentioned above, blood in the stool is the result of rectal bleeding. Furthermore, the condition can also indicate you have a gastrointestinal bleeding.
Other signs include confusion, lightheadedness, stiff neck and low blood pressure.
