If one fails to correct the imbalance in their gut bacteria may cause issues on their mental health leading to depression and anxiety.
To avoid this one is required to a balance diet i.e protein, carbohydrates and vitamins plus a fruit.

This is because it takes a longer time to be digested hence increasing weight leading to obesity.
Smell breath: lack of carbohydrates consumption leads to bad breath which is a sign of ketosis.
This normally happens when one eats too much protein foods without adding any carbohydrates in their meals.
Ketosis can be dangerous if you have other health conditions where you need to keep your carbohydrates intake consistent, like diabetes or pregnancy.
