When you gain or lose weight- changes go on in your body which usually results to changes in the shape or size of your breasts, one may not notice but it does happen.
When the straps are bothering you –straps play a huge role when it comes to supporting the breasts and they should always have the correct length, when the start to fall off from the shoulders it is a clear indication that you need to replace the bra.
When the breasts are not fully covered-despite bras providing cleavage the breasts should be able to fit properly inside the bra cups and be able to extend to the armpits.
When the bra doesn’t sit right-the center of the bra should rest directly on the center of your chest, not a quarter of an inch away from it.
When you are feeling uncomfortable-If you find yourself constantly adjusting straps, scooping your breasts into your bra, fiddling with the band in the front or back, or dealing with pain from clasps or wires just buy a new bra
