Smoking, high blood pressure, and obesity are some of the factors that can increase the chances of getting a heart attack.
But before a heart attack comes knocking, there are obvious signs that may show up a month early.
1. Weak feeling
One of the most common is feeling generally weak. You will become weak because a vain in your hear is being blocked implying you have less blood in circulation and minimal blood flow. Your muscle will get less blood increases your chances of falling often.
2. Dizziness and sweating
This may also be a sign of less blood in circulation. When there is little blood being pumped into the body you will start feeling dizzy and subsequently sweaty. You need sufficient blood supply to have the body properly function.
3. Shortness of breath
When there is limited blood supply to the body, your lungs will work ineffectively. The lungs and the heart work closely together. So when one doesn't function well, it definitely affects the working of the other.
4. Anytime you feel chest pressure, it is advisable to see a physician so that it gets checked especially if you are risk of heart attack- that is if you are a smoker.
This could be a sign your heart is weakening.
