Dagoretti North MP Simba Arati insists that he is ready to die for fighting against social injustices in the country.
The two term MP is among the most wanted NASA politician by the police and has in the past several weeks evaded arrest.
"We have been in this business (fighting for social space) for a long time and I don't fear death. The rights of people ought to be defended.
"Only cowards will be scared but that doesn't mean we quit the war. It is painful but I have chosen that path,' a daring Arati told the reporter.
Regarding gun ownership, He insisted that he will not surrender as directed by the licensing board adding that it was legally protected.
"I have a permit and those trying to revoke it are not genuine. I will not accept intimidation," he said.
Already, a group of Gusii elders have put plans in place to officially declare Arati spokesperson for the community, a move that has invited mixed reactions from among the locals.
