In recent weeks, Arati has been pushing for ODM's exit from NASA on grounds that Wiper, ANC and Ford Kenya are burden to them.

"We do not need to be 300 MPs to be effect in fight for our course. You can see what Julius Malema is doing in South Africa with just 27 MPs," he told Odinga on Friday.

At a n interview with the Nairobian, Arati dismissed NASA co-principals as cowards and demanded that ODM leaves the coalition.

"They cannot be trusted and this is the time for us to walk alone. We can't depend on them for any fight," he said.

But at Orange House on Friday, Raila is said to have blocked NASA MPs from discussing the conduct of coalition partners.

Also pushing for ODM's exit from NASA is Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho and Suba North MP Millie Odhiambo.
