The Matatu Owners Association Chairman Simon Kimutai has asked the government to revise the travel ban imposed on Public Service Vehicles (PSVs) in the wake of the grisly Milgaa crash that claimed at least 36 lives.According to the association, the ban has resulted in huge losses for the matatu industry.Mr. Kimutai urged NTSA to change the times of the ban to cushion the investors from further losses.The ban has also greatly affected travelers who have been forced to sleep in bus terminuses at night.Many Kenyans have hit out at NTSA over the ban saying that it is knee-jerk as accidents also happen at night.
