Indoor cycling. It is a great and much convenient way of reliving your muscles and prevent those swollen feet every morning. It also increases your heart rate without too much movement which is healthy for both you and the baby.

Lightweight training. This enables your body to stay toned while you are pregnant and even after your delivery. Avoid heavy weights though. Also, make sure you always have someone there to guide your training routine.
