Tuck jump: Bend your knees slightly while standing and hold them in place with your hands. Jump as high as you can and land on the same posture. Repeat this as many times as you can.

Push-ups and sit ups:

Fall on the ground just right where you are standing and do ten straight push-ups turn around and do ten sit ups without breaking. If you want more vigor, in an explosion, push up hard until the sweat breaks.

Arm circle:We all had P.E. lessons at some point in our lives. Stand upright with both hands stretched perpendicularly at the sides and slowly turn clockwise and anticlockwise for sixty seconds. This exercise is good when in the office or standing in a queue only be sure to step aside not to upset others.

Jumping Rope:

I know you need space to swing the rope but you could try ‘ghost jumping’ as if you have a rope, mimicking what you would do with an actual rope in hand. Jump faster and higher as this will increase the heart rate. Also jump with one leg or try different steps to add on stamina.
